José Jareño
José has over 15 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and strategic advisory. He has advised national and international companies in more than a hundred commercial disputes, acting both in pre-litigation stages and before courts at all levels, including the Civil Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court.
Before founding Jareño Abogados, he spent over 13 years in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Pérez-Llorca, and in 2019 joined the international arbitration team at Dechert in Paris.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and, since 2024, has served on the steering committee of its Iberian Chapter.
He has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in 2019 in the fields of Litigation, International Arbitration, and Arbitration & Mediation.
José has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid) since 2011.
